Refund policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided that items remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, garment bags, packaging, and proof of purchase intact. Final sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges are subject to availability and follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.

To request a return or exchange, clients must contact info@someriwoman.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

• Order number

• Item(s) being returned

• Reason for return

Our team will respond within 4–6 business days with return approval, instructions, and a DHL return label where applicable.

Refunds

Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the client’s bank or payment provider. Refund confirmation is available upon request.
